Welcome to another exciting school year at Joshua Dixon Elementary and Preschool! We are delighted to welcome back our returning students and extend a very warm welcome to all of our new families. Please see important information below:
Annual Open House
You and your child(ren) are invited to attend our Annual Open House on: Monday, August 17, 2026 5:00–6:30 p.m.
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your child's teacher, tour classrooms and the school, meet our specials teachers, meet our school nurse, and our bus drivers. Please bring all required paperwork and your child's school supplies to Open House.
Packet Pick-Up: Thursday, August 13 & Friday, August 14
9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
During Packet Pick-Up, you will receive: important contact information, a 2026–2027 family calendar, a Dixon time schedule, arrival and dismissal procedures (including your family name tag), PBIS and PAX information, an academic calendar, and additional back-to-school information.
