Joshua Dixon Elementary

Our students got to enjoy the fruits of their hard work this fall! Farmers John Gross and Tom Sapp harvested and brought the watermelons that students planted last spring to Dixon, giving students a chance to see the results of their efforts firsthand. Students also received ribbons at the Canfield Fair for their garden vegetables and flowers, a proud moment for all! A special thank you to Mrs. Raub-Carney for her dedication in teaching children the art of gardening and the important life lessons learned through caring for the garden. Her guidance helps students grow both academically and personally, nurturing a love for nature, responsibility, and teamwork.
