Dear parents, students and staff,
In light of the tragedy at Lowellville Schools today, Columbiana Chief of Police, Bill Meyers, will increase police presence at each of our school buildings tomorrow and as needed through the remainder of the school year. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Lowellville School District, Lowellville community, families, students, and staff.

CMS: There will be a 7th/8th grade formal dance on Tuesday, May 17th from 6:30-8:30 pm.

CMS: Tonight's middle school track meet at EP has been canceled. However, practice will be held today from 3:00-4:00. Athletes: you need to wear your uniform to practice, as your coaches have a fun surprise for you. Have a great day & Go Clips!

CMS: Parents/Guardians of 6th grade Camp Fitch students....Students have safely arrived back to middle school from our trip. The truck with their belongings will return soon. Parents may pick up their student who attended Camp Fitch at 1:30 at the back doors. Please park out back and walk to the cafeteria doors where we will release your student. CMS 6th Grade Camp Fitch Return Time Notice:
Due to a schedule change at Camp Fitch, we are expected to return back to CMS on Wednesday around 1 pm. Students may be picked up from school on Wednesday afternoon as soon as we return at the cafeteria (back) doors. Student attendance will not be impacted for those who attend Camp Fitch and leave after 1:00. Any student who is not picked up early will remain in school until you arrive at the normal pickup time or take the bus home. CMS student council and NJHS will be working with the non-profit organization, Making Kids Count, to collect money to purchase diapers for families in need. Donations will be collected during success class from Monday (4/25) through Friday (5/2). Additionally, there will be a surprise award for the success class who collects the most money. Just one dollar can purchase 6 diapers for families in need, and our goal is to purchase at least 200 diapers by Friday (5/2). Thank you & Go Clips!
